There are 4 suites, with the names; brown and blue on the high ground, and gray and pink on the first floor. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa, combined with a small kitchen and loggia.
In the outer part there is a common grill with seating and dining area.
The building itself is a ten minute walk to the beach, the center of the town and the entrance to the Paklenica National Park. Zadar as the center of the region is 45km away. as well as the airport.
